This study seeks to unveil the assumptions of the organizational culture regarding women and underrepresented groups through the analyses of documents that contain regulations and norms (e.g., laws, by-laws, certifications, strategic plans, etc.) at the level of Puerto Rico, UPR, UPR RP, and individual offices.  documents have been digitized and/or converted to OCR format for analyses.
