The Sprint activity had two purposes: facilitate the acquisition of institutional data to characterize the status of women at our home institution (Sprint and Space and use this data to guide the selection of faculty for the Meanings study. During the design of the Sprint activity we recognized the enormous value that it had to understand the organizational culture of UPR RP, in particular the data ecosystem culture. Therefore, the activity itself became a research target (Sprint).
